The Wolf Tooth Elliptical Direct Mount Chainring for Easton Cinch Flat Top has two big advantages over its competitors.

The first is its unique shape, which is slightly less ovalized than most and formulated for less aggressive timing. This means that, in the strong parts of your pedal stroke, it will amp up the tooth count for more power, while in the traditionally weaker sections it maximises efficiency. The overall pedal stroke will therefore be smoother, generating better traction and momentum, hence the tag PowerTrac Elliptical™ (PTE). You'll be able to accelerate more rapidly and require less shifting to sustain momentum.

The second advantage of this chainring is that it features the brand's Drop-Stop® technology, designed for a 1x setup. The teeth are asymmetric, which ensures that on the drive side the forces transmitted through the chain will be spread out, protecting it from wear and holding it more firmly in place. Meanwhile, the non-drive side is narrower, so that the rotation will be efficient, and mud and debris will be shed easily when you're out on mucky trails.

Available in choice of sizes, the high quality, beautifully anodised Elliptical Direct Mount Chainring for Easton Cinch Flat Top is for you if you ride a 1x setup, are tired of dropped chains, and want to boost your performance subtly on courses where small savings can make a big difference.
