  • Scott Parts Finder - Gambler

The Gambler range from Scott has been one of the main players on the downhill mountain biking scene for as long as we can remember. Today, the Gambler range contains two different models - both of which have been designed for downhill and freeride events. All of the bikes within the range are full suspension, and the bike can be adapted and changed by the rider to suit a massive range of technical requirements. The Gambler is a specialist downhill bike, popular with professionals and enthusiasts alike.

Supplied ‘competition ready’ The Gambler range of bikes is the bike of choice for champion downhill rider Brendan Fairclough - who enjoyed massive success whilst riding Gambler bikes. One of the reasons this bike has been so successful in shredding trails, is instantly notable when you look at the bike - it has a truly monumental front end. The Gambler is a bike which clings to trails and the steepest of hills - and performs well across all weather conditions.

To achieve maximum performance amongst some of the demanding trail work in the world, the Gambler series has a number of innovative features, which keeps it and it’s riders one step ahead of the competition. These features include:

Floating Link - at the very heart of this bike is the floating link, which combines the right amount of support alongside comfort at all speeds. This floating system has been designed to cut down on hardware shock, meaning the bike shrugs off all knocks and hits. The Gambler frames are also incredibly lightweight, however remain strong enough to cope with the most demanding of trails. The lightweight frame also means that getting and riding up hills is easier and faster - making it an ideal choice for the competitive rider. Integrated Fork Bumpers also protect the cables on the bike from getting pinched by the fork in a crash, whilst also protecting the frame from the fork in the same crash. Alongside innovative features, the Gambler range of bikes features unparalleled levels of adjustability. Wheel size can be adjusted, as can chainstay length, head angle and BB height.

You can view the full range of Gambler Full Suspension Bikes above, and as always - if you have any questions about any of these bikes, do get in touch and we will be more than happy to help.
