NB:

The DMR Vault axle with the groove and uses the right had thread nut is the left hand (non drive side) axle. This axle tightens into the crank - anticlockwise.
The DMR Vault axle without the groove and uses the left had thread nut is the right hand (drive side) axle. This axle tightens into the crank - clockwise.
