Update 23/07/20: Our phonelines are now operational, although we are still experiencing a high volume of calls so we appreciate your patience when attempting to get through.
The store has now reopened partially, but only to take bikes in for servicing/maintenance. Bikes will need to be booked in via email on email@example.com or via the phone on 01642 710232. Please don't bring bikes to the store without contacting us first, and please ensure all bikes that are dropped off are as clean as possible. Face coverings should be worn when dropping bikes off and picking them up.
The store remains closed to the public for sales and browsing at this time and we ask that any purchasing is done through our website. Any enquiries are to be conducted through the usual online channels (contact form, facebook, twitter, instagram or email) or via the phone. Please don't submit an enquiry through more than one channel as this increases the workload of various departments.
Our website is functioning as normal, although slight delays are to be expected in some cases as some order-in items are taking longer than usual to get to us and couriers are also dealing with a higher than usual demand. Again we appreciate your patience in this unusual time.

In the interest of transparency, we'd like to take a minute to explain where Westbrook are in all of this uncertainty.
At present (08/06/2020) our store remains closed to the public; this means we are not accepting any repairs and we can't offer any "collect in store" option at this time. We are working towards being able to carry out bike servicing and repairs soon, but we still need to finalise some details to ensure that everyone is kept safe once we reopen - more information on this soon.
Our website is functioning as normal, however please be aware that we are dealing with higher than usual numbers of contact enquiries through email and social media. We are doing our best to get through the queries as quickly as possible, however for the safety of our staff we only have key members working and so we appreciate your patience while waiting for a response. Please don't try to contact us through multiple channels as this increases the number of messages our staff need to check and slows down response times.

Dispatch times are slower than usual for many items. Cycling has become much more popular through the lockdown and as such availability of some products has reduced. We are trying our best to get through the orders as quickly as possible, but please be aware that it may take around 10 days or more for your order to be processed.
We understand that the delays caused by the Covid-19 restrictions can be frustrating, particularly when waiting for something you need before you can ride. Rest assured we are trying our hardest to answer all correspondence and process orders as quickly and efficiently as we can, while ensuring the safety of our staff and customers.
We really appreciate all of your support and patience during this time and look forward to getting back to normal as soon as we can safely do so.
We will keep monitoring the advice from the Government as the situation evolves and will aim to keep this page updated with any changes to the services we provide.
