Returning your purchases
We hope you are happy with your Westbrook Cycles order, but if not don't worry. It's our aim at Westbrook Cycles to provide a returns service that is totally hassle-free for you. If you're not completely satisfied with an item you may return it within 30 days, as long as the item isn't fitted or used we're happy to receive it back for a refund.
To return your item(s):
1. Put your unused, labelled item for return back in it's original packaging.
2. Fill in a returns form and include this with the item you are returning in a parcel.
3. Send the parcel to the following address:

4. We will be in touch if there are any issues or when your return has been processed.
You can find a returns form on the bottom of your invoice. If you do not have a returns form, please include your web order number and instructions for your return (refund, exchange, etc) clearly written on blank paper.
Return Shipping
If the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent etc), we will refund Royal Mail First Class or Standard Parcel postage costs. If a refund is requested and the item is being returned as a result of a change of mind, purchased the wrong size, item is not suitable, etc... the original cost of the outbound postage will be refunded by us, however the consumer is liable for all return costs incurred. If an exchange is requested and the item is being returned as a result of a change of mind, purchased the wrong size, item is not suitable, etc... we will not refund any postage costs and the consumer is liable for all return costs incurred. We will not charge shipping to send the replacement item out.
International Refunds
All refunds are processed in GBP (£). Westbrook Cycles will not refund any charges made by your bank for currency conversions or any customs charges incurred throughout the shipping/returns process. Westbrook Cycles will not refund differences caused by fluctuations in exchange rates. Shipping costs will be refunded as outlined in the paragraph above.
Goods that cannot be returned
There are some goods you can't return if you simply change your mind, including:
- CDs, DVDs or software if you've broken the seal on the wrapping
- Perishable and other items that deteriorate rapidly such as food
- Custom Built, tailor-made or personalised goods
- Underwear
- Used goods including footwear which have had cleats fitted
