Economy courier and Royal Mail orders where all items are in stock are typically processed and dispatched on the same day if placed before 16:00, Monday - Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will usually be processed and dispatched on the following Monday, except on English bank holidays.

International orders will be dispatched via Fed Ex. All shipping costs will be displayed and all UK VAT will be removed at the basket page. The buyer is responsible for any additional costs incurred on receipt. Some exceptions apply for international orders, such as products containing batteries or liquids.

Please note that some items are ordered directly from the distributors and may lead to a slight delay in your order being dispatched. Any products affected will display a message indicating the lead time. On occasion we may ship your order with a different courier than you selected. This is usually due to circumstances outside of our control and in order to get your items to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We ship all of our bikes Free Of Charge within the United Kingdom (excl. Jersey and the Channel Islands at this time) and all of our bikes come pre-assembled, with just a few tweaks required. (Please see our bike assembly guide page for details of assembly required). All bikes over £1500 will be shipped via Club 75 Bikes in mainland UK. Club 75 offer a specialist one-to-one service, dealing solely in the transport of bikes, which means with no depots to go through, the chance of your bike being damaged in transit is minimal.
