Pedal Cleats are used across both road bikes and mountain bikes. They are part of a clipless pedal system, and fit into the bottom of your cycling shoe. Cleats make a big difference when cycling, allowing your feet to be clipped into the pedals, allowing you a more secure and more efficient ride, the pedals feel like an extension of your body when using cleats.
