• Workshop Mechanic •
The Role
We are looking for an experienced cycle mechanic to join our busy team in Stokesley, North Yorkshire. Our workshop is responsible for the setting up of new bikes to fulfil eCommerce orders as well as the repair and maintenance of customer’s bikes. Up to date product knowledge is essential, including familiarity of eBike systems and electronic shifting systems.
The role will involve working with our team of technicians to set up and PDI new bikes, as well as diagnosing and repairing customers' existing bikes.
The successful candidate should have an industry relevant qualification such as a level 2 Cytech or City & Guilds.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform setup and PDI of new bikes
- Diagnose and repair customers' existing bikes
- Effectively communicate inventory stock levels to ensure repairs can be conducted in a timely manner
- Keep up to date with current product knowledge and report any training that may be required in order for the technicians to correctly perform their jobs.
Desirable Skills And Experience
Ideally the successful candidate will:
- Have a high level of technical and product knowledge
- Have a reasonable level of computer literacy
- Have Cytech level 2 qualification or equivalent
- Be punctual and self-motivated
- Be friendly and approachable
- Be an effective communicator
- Be organised and efficient

Hours And Salary
This is a full time, permenant position, working 40 hours a week during the shop hours of 09:00 and 17:30, Monday to Friday.
Salary will be £30k to £40k per year, dependant on experience
You will be entitled to 28 days annual leave.
• Data Administrator •
The Role
We are looking for a data administrator to join our busy ecommerce team. A keen eye and attention to detail are essential for this role as it centres around the manipulation of data.
The job role will involve:
- Adding products onto our CMS system
- Housekeeping of data, including updating existing products, altering pricing and adjusting stock information
- Checking competitor's pricing and ensuring we remain competitive, whilst also ensuring profitability is maintained
The ideal candidate will:
- Be hardworking and motivated
- Have good communication skills
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have knowledge of how retail works and be commercially minded
- Have knowledge of databases
- Be familiar with MS Excel, including the usage of vlookup/xlookup functions and pivot tables
- Be flexible and willing to adapt
Ideal but not essential:
- Some Adobe Photoshop experience
Hours and salary:
- This is a full time, permenant position, working 37.5 hours a week between 09:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.
- The role is office based at our store in TS9, remote working is not offered
- Salary will be £30000 to £35000, dependant on experience
