If you are looking for a budget hardtail E mountain bike, the Cannondale Trail Neo is an excellent option. The Trail Neo draws on Cannondale's experience creating E mountain bike ranges over the last decade and many of the design features from the higher end models have trickled down to the Trail Neo. The Trail Neo eMTB collection is equipped with suspension forks from Suntour and RockShox and Shimano drivetrain components for reliablility and performance, and power is taken care of by a bottom bracket mounted Bosch motor. Range of up to 109 miles is achievable from the colossal 750Wh battery of the Cannondale Trail Neo 1, and around 70 miles for the other models in the range.
