Open Cycle

Open Cycle are a premium gravel bike manufacturer with the mantra “Working hard to stay small”. They were founded in 2012 through a partnership with ex co-founder of Cervelo, Gerard Vroomen, and the former CEO at BMC, Andy Kessler, with a vision to create high performance carbon gravel bikes with excellent off-road ability.

Every Open Cycle is a carbon gravel bike, which emphasises their commitment to performance over creating a large volume of bikes for the masses. A feature throughout the line-up is the large tyre clearance to allow for much bigger tyres to be fitted than most other gravel bikes will fit. These larger volume gravel bike tyres provide comfort and performance off-road, while the racy geometry ensures that the bike remains quick and agile on tarmac sections.
