BEHIND THE PRODUCT
The new generation of GTV features crucial updates for more comfort: from a new waistband construction to a new seat pad - our most comfortable model specifically for women. The waistband is made of a lighter textile that hugs the body more elastically, so the fit offers more support in all riding positions without being restrictive. The new seat padding consists of two layers of shock-absorbing foam, which provides targeted support for the ischial bones. Two additional cutouts on the front of the seat pad reduce volume and ensure that the pad adapts to the body during pedaling without forming wrinkles or hindering. The innovative bisiClick system uses two magnetic fasteners to enable the straps to be easily removed on long-distance journeys.
WHEN/HOW TO USE IT
For excellent performance of the GTV 1/3 summer layering system, these bib shorts were developed so that they can be seamlessly combined with a summer skin layer and the UMA GT jersey C2.
FINE DETAILS /FEATURED FABRICS
The main textile, Volkano, offers silky soft elasticity, compression and SPF 50+. Odor-inhibiting and actively cooling properties are permanently integrated into the material and are not applied as a superficial finish. The ClickFit textile surrounds the front waist area with lighter, more breathable and elastic support, allowing you to lean low over the handlebars in aggressive positions and breathe deeply during hard exertion.
CONSTRUCTION/FIT
The C2 AEPD regularFit is based on our high-performance racing models, but is designed for comfort with its zeroPressure waist and standard leg length.
ENGINEERING
- Bisiclick: Two magnetic fasteners fix the lower straps. They can be closed and released intuitively, but are secure enough to prevent them from opening unintentionally.
- X-Frame: A-shaped beams adopted from the DYORA RS. They limit the lower back drop and stabilize the seat cushion and main panel during high-intensity rides.
-rollBar: A patented design that stabilizes the seat pad and holds it in place as you shift your weight while sprinting, climbing hills and cornering.

- Shock-Absorb Damping Twin19: A dual-layer construction that combines 9mm of high-density microShock foam with 10mm of ultralight filterFoam under the ischial bones. Our most comfortable insert for women.
- 3D Waffle: A patented, perforated three-layer foam that increases breathability and eliminates unnecessary weight.
- goldenGate 2.0: The seat cushion is attached at the front and back, the sides and the middle remain loose. This way it moves with your body and not against it. Cutouts on the side wings reduce volume and friction.
- whirlCrater: Perforations strategically distributed across the entire pad that create a cooling, swirling airflow instead of one-sided ventilation
