We designed the TRAIL Liner Shorts to keep you comfortably supported off-road. Using our rallyBoxer as a template, we gave the liner shorts a new front panel and waist design and an extended inseam for a cleaner wrap on the thighs. We also strategically placed our removable impactPads at the hips for crash protection during demanding rides.
FEATURED FABRICS
Our ultrasoft warp-knit Aerofit fabric lends its high elasticity and built-in odorControl to the liner’s construction, plus it will also help keep you cool and dry when things heat up.
CONSTRUCTION/FIT
The waist has been constructed with a tall V-shaped panel that comfortably molds to your lower abdomen while in the riding position. The shorts follow the lead of the TRAIL Women’s Cargo Shorts and align to the body’s natural motions in, and out, of the saddle trim, but never restrictive. We finished the shorts by reversing all primary stiches to eliminate chafing and friction next to your skin.
ENGINEERING
impactPad: Removable, lightweight, and flexible 8mm viscoelastic polyurethane pads that have a perforated surface to increase breathability and freedom of movement.
INSERT
OFF-ROAD Insert: 8mm of memory foam, female-specific cut, and patented elastic insert interface, with targeted thickness at the rear for optimal comfort and support in the more upright mountain-bike position.
goldenGate: A patented technology that interrupts the stitching along both of the insert’s side panels, allowing a more three-dimensional freedom of movement in this sensitive, rotational area.
3D waffle: A patented, three-layer perforated foam that increases breathability and eliminates excess weight.
