First aid is a key skill for cyclists across all cycling disciplines, including cycling on the roads and off road on cycle trails. At Westbrook Cycles, we believe that it’s a rider’s responsibility to not only carry the right first aid kit on a ride, to deal with some emergencies - but also to have the skills required to carry out basic life support and first aid.

First aid kit and equipment available varies depending on requirement and available space, with many riders choosing to carry a larger first aid kit on their person in a kit bag or luggage.
