I purchased a Yeti 575 frame in january 2009. In october 09 frame shock had problems. I sent one e-mail to Paul and Jason from Westbrook cycles. They told me Juan send it to us and we will sort it. Only two weeks later the shock was again in my frame fixed. You can say that´s too long. I only forgot to say you that the shock was shipped from Spain. Westbrook coverd shipping back to Spain cost. Super Service. Super Prices ! Thank you again. En Español. Estos señores tienen magníficos precios y dan un gran servicio. Compré en enero de 2009 un cuadro de Yeti 575. El cuadro llegó a España en 4 dias. Más rápido que si se hubiera comprado en España. En octubre tuve un problema con el amortiguado. Contacté con Paul y Jason de Westbrook y me dijeron envíalo que lo arreglamos. Así lo hice y en dos semanas tenía de vuelta en casa el amortiguador solucionado. Me pagaron los portes y el servicio de Fox Mojo UK no cobró nada incluso cambiando los retenes. Es un servicio y un ejemplo que muchas tiendas en España deberían tomar como ejemplo. Son de plena confianza.

I travelled 400 miles round trip to visit this bike store as I was astounded by the best online prices by far. Westbrook Cycles is the best cycle store and website that I have visited and I have been mountain biking for years. The guys instore are 1st class and know the products inside out, the products are all top quality brands of which some I have only viewed online as stocksits are so rare. After buying sidi shoes and a pump instore I received delivery of my Scott Spark 35 shortly after excellent service, excellent prices & excellent staff. Any keen cyclist I reccomend this outfit, my future custom is guaranteed!

very professional set-up) bike and the excellent shipping.
The bike arrived in berlin within two working days after buying. In this
time, you normally don't get a helmet sent within germany. The
assembling of the bike was easy, the gears were adjusted perfect and
after pumping the fork and adjusting the seat i was able to do the first
ride. fantastic!
only the breaks have to be adjusted the next days, but that's not
bothering me.
Whenever i need a new bike i'll shop at westbrook cycles and if i get to
know someone, who searches for a good bike, i will direct him to your
shop. i am very happy to have found you and really want to thank you for
my bike, one of the best purchases i did in the last years.
