After recently experiencing problems with the stock wheels that my bike was supplied with, (second bike from WC I might add) Westbrook Cycles provided excellent customer service and resolved the issue for me in more than double quick time. To say that I am more than satisfied with the service from Westbrook Cycles is a mere understatement. Would I recommend them to my friends? Hell yes! Where will I get my next bike from? That's a silly question!

Hi ,
I just wanted to tell you about a recent shopping experience I had with your company.
I placed an online order for a white/black cannondale bottle cage at 8.15 am thursday morning , by 9.15am I'd received an e-mail informing me my order had been processed and had been sent for dispatch.
I got a text message telling me my item would be with me the following day.
On Friday morning I got another text giving me the exact time it would arrive ( hour window).
The item arrived as described and on time. This is not an e-mail of complaint it's an e-mail of praise.
Your communication and service has been fantastic, I will definitely be using you again.
How you manage to process and send an order out in an hour when it takes other companies 2 days is beyond me !!
