The Team Issue Road Shoe are a pair of high performance road racing shoes with a stiffness index of 9 for racing and a wide range of technologies to help improve your performance by enhancing the power transfer.

Direct Power Transfer
The new Scott Outsoles are designed to optimise material, increase strength and reduce weight with a low construction profile will transfer your power directly to the pedal.

Ergo Logic
The new adjustable ErgoLogic foot bed comes in all of Scott’s top end cycling shoes and offer an adjustable sole that allows the shoe to be custom fit to enable more efferent power transfer and comfort. The removable metatarsal and arch inserts enable maximum adjustment for your comfort and needs.
• Arch Support - The adjustable foot bed features an arch volume increase for average to high volume arch to decrease for average to low arch feet by removing the contoured arch shim.
• Metatarsal Support - The Metatarsal head support keeps nerve bundles form being compressed to minimise foot numbness. It can be removed if wearer is more comfortable without it.

The Triple density EVA foot bed reduces pressure points on nerves and blood vessels enhancing blood circulation and offering more comfort.

HMX Carbon Fibre
While Scott have already use the proven HMF composite fibre on all their composite high-end bike models, Scott have improved upon conventional HMF material. This new fibre, which is produced exclusively for Scott, offers 20% more stiffness and is employed on all the areas that need additional rigidity. This new material also allows us to reduce weight and improve riding characteristics.
