Deliveries

WESTBROOK CYCLES DELIVERY NOTICE

We will email you when your order has been dispatched and provide an expected delivery date and name of the courier that will be used. Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please check your item before signing. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as 'Unchecked'. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims you make thereafter.

DELIVERY & POSTAGE

Westbrook Cycles will normally deliver your order within 3 to 7 working days. All orders placed before 1pm on items in stock will be delivered next working day by Royal Mail / Parcel Force. If the item is not in stock we will dispatch the order as soon as stock is available.
Bikes
The 'Bikes' shipping category includes; Complete bikes Frames
Delivery is charged per item for bikes. If a bike order contains bulky items and/or clothing & accessories, only the bike delivery charge is applied.
Bulky Items
The 'Bulky Items' shipping category includes; Frames Turbo trainers Workstands Wheels Forks
