The inner tube within a bike tyre is almost like a balloon - it’s inflated, and provides a safe and comfortable ride, supporting the tyre on the rim of your bike. Although many cyclists are now switching to tubeless tyres - we still stock and supply a wide range of inner tubes, used in a wide variety of bikes.

In the traditional setup - the tyre has a bead on each side which fits onto the wheel rim, making a connection that is solid, but not air tight - it’s the inner tube which provides the air for the tyre to roll. There are a couple of variations in inner tube materials that you need to consider, with the two main materials being butyl or latex. Butyl are the most common and the cheapest inner tubes available on the market - butyl is also easier to repair using a standard puncture repair kit. Latex inner tubes are lighter, but are more difficult to handle compared to Butyl inner tubes.

Above, you can find our complete range of bicycle inner tubes - encompassing gravel inner tubes, mountain bike inner tubes and road bike inner tubes. All of the above products are available to order online.
