ASSOS legWarmers are now more technical, functional and versatile than ever before. They are made out of three different fabrics and have a double layer of fabric in the knee area. A further ASSOS innovation is extended fabric over the thigh area to give you more warmth and protection almost up to your hips. Combine your legWarmers with your ASSOS_S5 shorts. If it gets cold, we recommend you wear your legWarmers under your T.607 suspender shorts to create warm trousers. If it gets really cold, you can wear legWarmers as a first layer under your LL.607 winter trousers. You’ll be amazed by the incredible warmth, the total comfort and the excellent freedom of movement offered by these legWarmers.
Assos is one of the world leaders in producing quality cycling clothing and accessories. They operate from an area of Switzerland which is well known for its quality textile industry. In the 1970's, Toni Maier-Moussa, the founder and chairman of Assos completely by accident, invented lycra cycling clothing, whilst trying to produce the ultimate bicycle. During the wind tunnel tests of the first ever carbon-fibre bike, Toni found that downhill lycra cycling clothing produced much less drag than the popular woollen, knitted clothing of the time and it proved to be a huge hit!
