Electric Enduro Mountain Bikes are some of the best-engineered mountain bikes on the market.

Enduro Mountain Bikes are ideally suited to adding an electric motor (regardless of what mountain bike purists say!) These Enduro Bikes typically have around 180mm of suspension travel to handle everything you can throw at them. They are designed to tackle cross country and ascents and perform incredibly well on downhill trails, shrugging off everything you can throw at them - from jumps across to rock gardens.

These electric enduro mountain bikes are designed to get you where you need to be on the trails, so whether you are heading out for a long ride cross country, encompassing lots of downhill terrain, or just repeated laps of your favourite downhill trails with repeated journeys back up to the start of the trail - they can do it all.

Not surprisingly, these bikes have great demands placed on them - in a wide array of riding conditions, so the design and specification of these bikes have to be absolutely spot on. The design of these bikes takes inspiration from World Cup-winning machines, and these machines all have a fantastic range of components and suspension components fitted as standard.

Sometimes, these bikes are known as Electric Downhill Mountain Bikes, and are part of the broader family of E-MTB, being one of the most technologically advanced sets of mountain bikes on the marketplace and, in turn, demand some of the highest price ranges.

These electric mountain bikes have great demands placed on them; not only do they have to contain a battery and a motor, which effectively propels the bike using pedal assist across a wide range of terrain, but they still have to perform well on downhill mountain bike trails.

These bikes will typically be kitted out with the best mountain bike components - delivering agility and handling on jumps and corners, all at high speeds - whilst dealing with a heavier bike frame containing a battery & motor.

The rewards from buying a downhill electric mountain bike are clear and straightforward - you can still attack and shred downhill trails with maximum aggression, but getting to the trails and getting back to the top of the trail is more fun, more accessible and less tiring - allowing you to rider harder, for longer where it counts - downhill.

You can view our range of e-enduro mountain bikes and downhill electric mountain bikes above from brands such as Scott, Cannondale, GT and Orbea - if you have any questions about the range or which bike is suitable for your riding preferences and requirements - get in touch, and we will be happy to help.
